Our principal idea is to design spaces that are flexible, versatile and convertible to suit different user needs as much as possible. The spaces in the house are designed to be light and airy with maximum daylight, direct or diffused, with optimal ventilation. The living area will also have an un-obstructive view of the front garden, along with the staircase location which will be integrated within the designated spaces and used to draw light into the interior spaces. It is therefore important that we design differently from the conventional blueprint of a typical terrace block to enhance the lifestyle and human experience of the users.
