The proposal is a mixed development which consists of serviced apartments, retail as well as medical facilities. Standing at 40 storeys tall, it was crucial that the form avoided monotony and a lack of character. In order to achieve this, we ensured that the overall massing of the building was more dynamic, providing distinction and hierarchy between the different programs that are being housed inside. In addition to that, prominence is given to the drop-off and main entrance continuing the language of dynamism.
