This design proposal is intended to be a premium extension of our previous Dillenia Development, fulfilling all original design intent to prioritize family needs, security, and comfort. Our desire is to take cues from the Dillenia to create an articulated built form without compromising on visual connectivity between spaces that allows family to come together and bond. The design therefore creates spaces that stay timeless which also allows personalisation and a sense of belonging – within both family and community – through the style that is contemporary modern.
