We designed a self-sustained township to promote balance and creative living environment which comprises of workspaces that are integrated with retail, sports, academics, along with a vibrant lifestyle that becomes an extension to experience after the students graduate. Our intention is to also promote entrepreneurship and a sense of ownership, belonging, and most importantly, individuality. The leisure facilities and educational spaces shall also be fused to form the backbone which contributes to the social and community interaction.

 

The Creative Capital shall be a self-generating economy, self-sustainable, culturally responsible which shall create a Global Footprint in the heart of Cyberjaya.
