Adaptability

It was crucial that the design for our proposal has the potential to be adaptable to varying site conditions as the structure was to be built on more than one location. The flexibility of the modular concept works well in creating an economical method of providing a well-designed space that can be built anywhere with minimal adjustments. For the prayer rooms we wanted to ensure that it was kept simple yet spacious, providing a feeling of lightness by bringing in as much daylight as possible. Ventilation blocks allow for sufficient privacy without sacrificing permeability of air movement, while a pocket garden adjacent to the prayer area adds a sense of serenity for users.
